Worth Knowing

We're a real storefront. There's a physical shop in Ohsweken with a counter, staff and a phone number, and a 4.9-star Google listing. If something goes wrong you're talking to the people who sent it.

We never ask for photo ID uploads. Several mail-order operations require you to send a photo of your driver's licence before they'll ship. We don't — age is verified at the door by Canada Post.

Real refunds. If an order arrives wrong, we make it right. No store credit only, no "insurance fee" you had to buy in advance.
