Type "weed delivery Montreal" into Google and you'll find pages of websites happy to take your money. Here's what almost none of them will tell you: in Quebec, the SQDC is the only legal place to buy cannabis — full stop. Cannabis is federally legal in Canada, but each province decides how it's sold — and Quebec chose the strictest model in the country:

That last row is the one the grey-market sites skip: in Quebec, cannabis that didn't come from the SQDC is illegal to possess even though cannabis itself is legal. A website shipping into the province doesn't change that — the legal risk lands on the buyer.
