Cannabis is 19+ in most of Canada, 18+ in Alberta, and 21+ in Quebec — the only province at 21. Canada Post checks photo ID against the age where the parcel is going, so an order placed under the local limit will not be handed over. Quebec's tobacco age is still 18, which is where most of the confusion comes from.

Every province and territory. British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, plus Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut all receive tracked Canada Post from us.
How long does cannabis shipping take?
3–5 business days to most of the country, 4–6 to British Columbia, and 1–2 weeks or more to the territories. Every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves Ohsweken.
What is the legal age?
19 in most of the country, 18 in Alberta, and 21 in Quebec — the only province at 21. Canada Post checks government-issued photo ID at delivery against the age where the parcel is going; there is never an ID upload.
Is shipping free?
