Delivery Across York

Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Stouffville and Georgina all sit in the same shipping band: 2–3 business days by Xpresspost, priced by weight, tracked.

Someone 19 or over has to sign — Canada Post handles the age check at the door, which is the whole of the verification. If you won't be in, here's how having someone else accept it works.

Orders over $300 get $25 off shipping has one exception: the premium brands (Oakdale, Putters, DK's) don't count toward the threshold. Value and mid cartons do, and so does everything else on the site.

Menthol Is Still Here

Ontario's retail menthol ban applies to provincial retail. It does not reach sales on Six Nations territory, so Canadian Menthol remains in stock at $17.25.

That surprises people, so we explained it properly in the menthol ban and where you can still buy them.

Pouches

Every nicotine pouch on the site is $11.50: ZYN across Cool Mint, Spearmint, Dark Frost, Frost Berry and Guava Spice; White Fox including the 15mg Black Edition and new Icy Blackcurrant.

If you're working out strength, start with pouch strengths explained — going in at 15mg when you should be at 6mg is the usual first mistake.

Why the Price Difference Exists

Healing Room is Indigenous-owned and operates on Six Nations of the Grand River under Haudenosaunee law. Tobacco sold on territory falls under a different legal and tax framework than provincial retail. That framework — not a difference in the product — is the entire reason a carton costs $17.25 here and $130 in Vaughan.

The brands are native-made, produced on territory. They're not the multinational brands you'd find in a Richmond Hill corner store, and they aren't meant to be.
