How does paying by Interac e-Transfer work?

After you place your order, the confirmation page and email show the exact e-transfer details: the email address to send to, the amount, and your order number to include in the message field. Auto-deposit is on, so there's no security question.

As soon as we confirm your payment you'll get a "payment received" email — your order goes straight into preparation. If we haven't received payment after a few hours we send a friendly reminder, and unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 3 days (nothing owed, no hard feelings — you can always re-order).
