What happens if I don't send my e-transfer?

Your order is held while we wait for payment. We'll send a friendly reminder a few hours after checkout, a final notice around the 48-hour mark, and if payment hasn't arrived after 3 days the order is automatically cancelled and the items go back on the shelf — nothing owed, and you're welcome to re-order any time.
